To keep your sweatshirt's design as beautiful as possible, we do recommend washing this garment inside out on the gentle cycle with cold or lukewarm water. Please avoid high heat drying settings. Don't worry, each order will come with care instructions with further details.

All orders ship within 3-5 business days from purchase date. All orders ship via USPS. Every package is insured.
Tumblers coated in Epoxy will require a minimum of 3 weeks before they're shipped.

Return Policy
Due to the handmade nature of these items, I don't accept returns or exchanges on Customized Tumblers. Exception: If there is a mistake at my expense, please email me within 24 hours of receiving your item(s). We do accept cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase.
